We want you to be satisfied with Onbookr. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds are issued for Onbookr subscription fees and clarifies how booking payment refunds are handled between service providers and their clients.
If you are not satisfied with your Onbookr subscription (Individual at $9/month or Business at $29/month), you may request a full refund within 14 days of the date of the initial charge. To request a refund, email us at support@onbookr.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include your account email address. We will process approved refunds within 5–7 business days.
Monthly renewal charges are eligible for a refund if requested within 48 hours of the renewal date. Requests made after 48 hours of renewal will not be refunded, as access to the service continues for the remainder of the billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund unless you are within the 14-day refund window for an initial charge or within 48 hours of a renewal charge.
Onbookr is a platform that connects clients with service providers. Booking payments are processed directly to the service provider's connected payment account (Stripe, Razorpay, or PayPal) — Onbookr never holds, controls, or has access to these funds.
Each service provider independently sets their own cancellation and refund policy. This policy is displayed on their booking page before a client completes payment, and is included in the booking confirmation email. The refund window, eligibility criteria, and any exceptions are determined solely by the service provider.
By completing a booking, clients acknowledge that they have read and agree to the service provider's stated cancellation policy. Onbookr is not responsible for enforcing, mediating, or guaranteeing any refund commitments made by a service provider.
Contact the service provider directly using the contact details on their booking page or in your booking confirmation email. The provider is solely responsible for processing approved refunds through their connected payment account. If you are unable to reach the service provider, you may contact us at support@onbookr.com and we will attempt to facilitate communication — however, Onbookr cannot compel a provider to issue a refund.
New users may have access to a free 1 month trial before a subscription charge is applied. No charge is made during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, a subscription charge will be applied, and the 14-day refund window begins from that charge date.
