By accessing or using Onbookr ("Service," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Onbookr is operated by KREOLAB SOLUTIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, a company registered in India. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service. Onbookr provides a booking platform that streamlines scheduling for service professionals with calendar sync, automated reminders, and direct payments through your preferred payment provider.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Onbookr. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Service providers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction, including business licensing and tax obligations.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach. Onbookr reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
Onbookr provides the following core services:
Create and manage custom booking pages with personalized URLs, images, service descriptions, and pricing. Clients can book appointments directly through your Onbookr page.
Connect your Google Calendar to sync availability, prevent double-bookings, and automatically create calendar events for confirmed appointments. You authorize Onbookr to access and modify your calendar for booking management purposes.
Send email and SMS reminders to clients before scheduled appointments. Standard reminders are sent 24 hours before sessions. You are responsible for ensuring clients consent to receive these communications.
Accept payments through your choice of payment provider — Stripe, Razorpay, or PayPal. All booking payments are sent directly to your connected account with no platform fees deducted. Payment processing is subject to your chosen provider's terms and conditions. Onbookr does not store full credit card information.
Onbookr offers a free tier with limited features and paid subscription plans (Individual and Business) billed monthly or yearly. Subscriptions are managed through our billing partner and grant access to premium features including paid bookings, webhooks, SMS reminders, and additional templates. Onbookr does not charge any commission or platform fee on booking payments.
When a client books a paid appointment, 100% of the payment is sent directly to your connected payment provider account (Stripe, Razorpay, or PayPal). Onbookr never holds or touches booking funds. Settlement timelines depend on your payment provider's policies.
Subscription refunds: If you are dissatisfied with your Onbookr subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial charge by contacting support@onbookr.com. Renewal charges are non-refundable after 48 hours of the renewal date.
Booking payment refunds: Booking payments are sent directly to service providers' connected accounts. Each provider sets their own cancellation and refund policy, which is displayed on their booking page before payment. Clients must request booking payment refunds directly from the service provider, and providers are responsible for processing refunds through their payment provider within the window stated in their policy. Standard processing fees charged by your payment provider (e.g., Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal) apply to all transactions. These fees are set by the provider and are separate from your Onbookr subscription.

The Onbookr platform, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by Onbookr and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
You retain ownership of content you create and upload to Onbookr, including profile information, service descriptions, and images. By using the platform, you grant Onbookr a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.
Onbookr integrates with third-party services including Stripe, Razorpay, and PayPal (payments), Google Calendar (scheduling), DodoPayments (subscriptions), and email/SMS providers (notifications). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. Onbookr is not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party services.
If a third-party integration fails or becomes unavailable, Onbookr will make reasonable efforts to restore functionality but is not liable for disruptions outside our control.
Service "As Is": Onbookr is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the platform.
No Guarantee of Results: Onbookr provides tools for booking management but does not guarantee you will receive bookings, earn income, or achieve specific business outcomes.
Not a Party to Transactions: Onbookr facilitates bookings between service providers and clients but is not a party to these transactions. We are not responsible for the quality of services provided, disputes between users, or any harm resulting from user interactions.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onbookr's total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service is limited to the fees you paid to Onbookr in the 12 months preceding the claim. Onbookr is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Onbookr, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
Your use of Onbookr is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
Your Right to Terminate: You may close your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon termination, you will lose access to your booking page and associated data, though financial records will be retained as required by law.
Our Right to Terminate: Onbookr reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the platform or other users. We may also terminate accounts that remain inactive for extended periods.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, any active subscription will be canceled at the end of the current billing period. Since booking payments go directly to your payment provider account, no outstanding payouts are affected. Active bookings at the time of termination remain your responsibility to fulfill or refund.
Informal Resolution: If you have a dispute with Onbookr, please contact us at support@onbookr.com to attempt informal resolution before pursuing formal action.
Arbitration Agreement: Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Onbookr reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with modifications, you must stop using the Service and close your account.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Invalid provisions will be reformed to the minimum extent necessary to make them enforceable while preserving the original intent.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any additional policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and KREOLAB SOLUTIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED (trading as Onbookr) regarding use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
